Payment

Payments can be made via credit/debit cards. Full payment is required before products/services are dispatched.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. We may charge a €40 fee to cover administrative costs.

Delivery Information

Ireland orders placed before 2:00 pm (Mon-Fri) are sent for next-day delivery via DPD. International orders may take 2-5 working days. Customers are responsible for missed deliveries, and no refunds or replacements will be offered.

 

Refunds & Termination

Refunds are available for unused services; however, no refund is provided once a service has begun. Both parties have the right to terminate an agreement at any time, with refunds issued for unused services.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations due to unforeseen events beyond control, such as natural disasters or political unrest.

 

Waiver

Failure to enforce any part of the agreement does not waive the right to enforce it later.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. By using our services, you agree to these terms, and any changes will be communicated on our site.

 

Notification of Changes

Any changes to our terms or privacy policy will be posted on the website, and you will be notified as necessary.
