City Aesthetics sells exclusively to licensed professionals, clinics, and certified establishments. New customers must meet the following criteria before their order is completed:
1. Create an Account
To begin purchasing, you must first create an account on our website.
During the signup process, you will be asked to upload your professional certification or license. This helps us confirm that you are eligible to purchase our products.
Once your account is created, you can place your first order immediately.
2. Additional Documentation (If Required)
If the document you upload during registration is incomplete, unclear, or insufficient for compliance, our team may request further verification. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following:
- Valid Business License
- Relevant Professional Certifications (e.g., medical or aesthetic qualifications)
- Proof of Professional Status
These documents must confirm that you or your clinic are legally authorized to handle and use our products.
3. Verification
Once your documents are submitted, our team will review them to verify your qualifications. This process typically takes 2-3 business days.
Approval or Refusal
- Approved: If your documents meet our compliance standards, your order will be processed as normal and shipped.
- Refused: If your documents do not meet our requirements, we will issue a full refund to your customer account.
Important Notes
- Only new customers are required to submit documents for compliance verification. Existing customers who have previously been verified do not need to resubmit documentation.
- We reserve the right to refuse an order if the submitted documents do not meet our verification standards.
- Refunds will be issued in case of refusal due to non-compliance, and the customer will be notified promptly.

Am I able to collect my order?
Yes, you are! Thanks to our prime location in the heart of Dublin, we offer free same-day collection.
Click & Collect hours: Monday to Friday 9am-7pm, Saturday 11am-6pm.
For orders placed on Sundays and bank holidays, pick-up collection will be available the next working day.
Who can purchase from City Aesthetics?
We sell exclusively to clinics and licensed professionals.
For compliance purposes, proof of professional credentials may be required.
