To maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations, we require certain documents to verify that our customers are qualified professionals or clinics. Please review the following purchasing process carefully.
Order Process
City Aesthetics sells exclusively to licensed professionals, clinics, and certified establishments. New customers must meet the following criteria before their order is completed:
1. Submit Your Application
Create an account on our website and upload your valid professional license or certification. This helps us confirm that you are eligible to purchase our products.
Once submitted, your application will enter our compliance queue for manual review.
These documents must confirm that you or your clinic are legally authorized to handle and use our products.
2. Document Verification
Our compliance team manually verifies every application to ensure all requirements are met.
Verification typically takes 1 to 2 business days.
If any document is unclear or insufficient, our team may reach out via email to request additional proof (such as a valid business registration or qualification certificate).
3. Account Approval & Ordering
Approved: Once verified, you will receive an approval email containing a link to set up your password and access our restricted product catalog.
Not Approved: If your documentation does not meet our compliance requirements, you will receive an email notification.
Important Notes
One-Time Verification: Only new accounts require compliance verification. Once verified, existing customers can log in and place orders anytime without resubmitting documentation.
Regulatory Rights: We reserve the right to withhold account activation if the submitted documents do not meet regulatory standards.

Am I able to collect my order?
Yes, you can! Thanks to our prime location in the heart of Dublin, we offer free same-day collection.
Same-day collection is available for orders placed Monday to Friday before 4:30 PM.
Click & Collect hours:
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (just for collection)
For orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays, collection is available the next working day.
Who can purchase from City Aesthetics?
We sell exclusively to clinics and licensed professionals.
For compliance purposes, proof of professional credentials may be required.
