2. Provide Documentation for Compliance
After your order has been placed and paid for, you can send the following documentation to our email [contact@cityaesthetics.ie] or our team will get in touch to request the following documentation to verify your eligibility to purchase:

  • Valid Business License
  • Relevant Professional Certifications (e.g., medical or aesthetic qualifications)
  • Proof of Professional Status

These documents must confirm that you or your clinic are legally authorized to handle and use our products.

 

3. Verification
Once your documents are submitted, our team will review them to verify your qualifications. This process typically takes 2-3 business days.

Approval or Refusal

    • Approved: If your documents meet our compliance standards, your order will be processed as normal and shipped.
    • Refused: If your documents do not meet our requirements, we will issue a full refund to your customer account.


 

Important Notes

  • Only new customers are required to submit documents for compliance verification. Existing customers who have previously been verified do not need to resubmit documentation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse an order if the submitted documents do not meet our verification standards.
  • Refunds will be issued in case of refusal due to non-compliance, and the customer will be notified promptly.

For orders placed on Sundays and bank holidays, pick-up collection will be available the next working day.
